Our floor plans are prepared with market leading software (Floorplan Pro) to meet your business needs. They can be used to market property through to submission to a local authority for a HMO licence

Our plans are produced to a high level of accuracy by professioanlly trained surveyors. They inlude the following details; internal and external wall, all doors, all windows, kitchen tops/sinks/cookers, bathroom fixtures, showers, bath, w.c, chimneys, fireplaces stairs, floor levels, garden, roof terrace, balconies, room names, imperial and metric measurements and overall dimensions.
