EPCs, HIPs & HCRs
As a Home Information Pack provider we can take care of as much or as little of the process as you wish.
We can provide just EPCs right through to full HIPs with Home Condition Reports. We have a team of fully trained and insured home inspectors who are dedicated to service.
We pride ourself on our ability to turnround our reports in quick time to ensure your business runs smoothly.
You will be able to check the status of the report at any time through our London based customer service team . Details of your specific report will only be available to you through a password protected site. These will all be available electronically for you to pass on to your client in hard copy or e-mail (PDF).
Once you are ready simply instruct us via an email orders@andersonhomeinspectors.co.uk or by phone 020 8257 7187. All we need is the full name of the vendor, property address and postcode and we will immediately initiate the process.
All packs can be branded with your logo and contact details on the front page and specific design requirements can be taken into account.

Inventory Services
We can provide a professional and detailed inventory/condition schedule with full photographic record, which sets out the age/condition of each item, internal decoration and all included fixtures and fittings.
We offer a unique and comprehensive inventory service throughout London. Whether you require a full inventory of your property and contents or a Check-in report or Check-out report at the beginning or end of a tenancy, we also provide interim reports if required.

Floor Plans
Floorplans have become an important and invaluable part of the housing market when it comes to selling property. Anderson Home Inspectors offer a service which ties in nicely with the energy assessment process.
We will provide floor plans within 24hrs of site visit with your EPC (if ordered together).
