EPCs, HIPs & HCRs

If you have decided to put your own HIP together and need an EPC we can help. We can also help if you are selling your property idependently and require a full HIP. For those who are keen to hook a quick sell, go for a full Home Condition Report to show off your homes attributes.

We offer the same quick turn around by the same fully trained and insured Home Inspectors, all dedicated to ensure you get a fast and professional service.  

You will be able to check the status of the report at any time and details of your specific report will only be available to you through a password protected site.

Floor Plans

Floorplans have become an important and invaluable part of the housing market when it comes to selling property. Anderson Home Inspectors offer a service which ties in nicely with the energy assessment process.

We will provide floor plans within 24hrs of site visit with your EPC (if ordered together).

Entry Clearance Reports 

Anderson Home Inspectors have a team of experienced and professionally trained Environmental Health Practitioners and surveyors. We are based in East London and keenly serve the surrounding areas.

We are able to prepare House Condition Reports in support of Entry Clearance Applications for people who intend to live in England. We are also able to provide reports in support of Work Permit Applicants. Our reports are accepted by British High Commissions and the UK Home Office
